PUT /contacts/{email|phone}/notes/{id}
Issuing a PUT call to a contacts notes will allow you to update a note
with the given id

Response
A successful request will return a JSON with all the users notes including the new update
A failed request will return an HTTP 422 Unprocessable Entity with the JSON body explaining the error.
Notes
creator_email
is optional and should be the staff email address for the Re:amaze staff user who you want to be attributed to creating the note. Otherwise, the creator will not be updated.created_at
is optional and will not be updated if not passed in.
